Marine eDNA

Hydrobiology is currently implementing environmental DNA (eDNA) sampling in marine environments. This method of sampling is a very effective and non-invasive way, to detect the presence of a wide variety of marine life. During a recent survey in Brazil, we encountered a marine turtle while performing eDNA sampling!
