Hydrobiology’s Dr. Nadeeka Rathnayake (Scientist- Environmental Risk Assessments Team), recently had the privilege of representing Hydrobiology at the Chemeca 2024 Conference as a member of the conference organizing committee. The Chemeca 2024 Conference was held from the 29th September to 1st October 2024 in the Gold Coast, Queensland, with the overarching theme “Lead the Change.”
In addition to her role on the organizing committee, Dr. Nadeeka chaired the Water and Waste Treatment Session, which explored innovative approaches and challenges in this critical field. The session provided a platform for discussing cutting-edge research and developments in water and waste management, aligning with the conference’s focus on driving sustainable solutions.
The Chemeca 2024 Conference also offered a valuable networking opportunity for Hydrobiology, allowing us to showcase our award-winning expertise in environmental consulting and engage with industry leaders and professionals from Australia and around the world.
